You must have worked at least 15 hours per week continuously for 1 or more years. Part-time workers who meet these conditions are also entitled to severance pay.
Total wages paid in the 3 months before resignation divided by the total calendar days in that period. Bonuses and annual leave pay may be partially included.
Payment must be made within 14 days of the last working day. It can be extended by mutual agreement, but failure to pay violates the Labor Standards Act.
