You must apply within 12 months of leaving your job. Any remaining benefit days after this deadline are forfeited. Apply as soon as possible at your local Employment Center or via WorkNet online.
If you worked 15+ hours per week and accumulated 180+ insured days in the 18 months before separation, you are eligible. Workers under 15 hours per week may be exempt from employment insurance.
